Since the acquisition of T Golf Palma, our greenkeeping team has been working towards a clear goal: bringing the course up to the standards of excellence that a T Club property deserves, in full alignment with the spectacular Jack Nicklaus design that defines it. Every intervention combines agronomic expertise with environmental responsibility – two guiding principles that shape all technical decisions on the project.
GRASS:
We are currently changing the grass on the greens for a state-of-the-art one that adapts perfectly to our environmental criteria. This “Piranya” grass needs less water is more resistant to diseases. The low maintenance means it will take up less resources, making environmental friendly and sustainable. This is considered one of the best varieties in the world for golf greens and we are the first course to use it in Europe.
BUNKERS:
We are renovating and restoring the bunkers to their original shape. The sand is also being changed, to provide for better overall experience. We are currently working on the renovation of the fairway bunkers.
