Starter to choose:
Curry and lemongrass cream with panko breaded shrimp

Artichoke salad in two textures with burrata and balsamic and parmesan reduction
Main dish to choose:
Turbot and beetroot lasagne with champagne sauce and fine herbs salad
or
Duck magret with sweet potato puree, pak choi and raspberry sauce

Forest mushroom risotto with crispy vegetable roll
Dessert:
Chocolate coulant, pomegranate and passion fruit sorbet with white chocolate soup
