Dear member,

Our chef has created a special menu for this event, with seating limited to 12 persons.

Artichokes in textures with bellota ham and parmesan

Lobster ravioli with lemongrass sabayone and green asparagus

Roasted St Pierre fillet with truffled cauliflower, brown butter, apricots and hazelnuts

Glazed venison loin with pear and pumpkin

Cheese with fig mustard and fruit bread

Chocolate caramel cake with yoghurt ice cream

Wines will be provided and sponsored by our member, Frank Moysich.

The aim of this event is for you to enjoy a gourmet dinner with special wines and vintages.

The event will cost € 500 per person, which will be donated to our T Foundation, for the animal welfare of the island.

The date chosen is Wednesday 10th of January 2024 at T-elicious Calvia.
