From 13:00 h, enjoy a festive 3-course meal centered around the traditional St. Martin’s goose.
Starter:
Pumpkin soup with sour cream, roasted pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil
Main Course:
St. Martin’s goose breast and leg served with red cabbage, chestnuts,and potato dumplings
Dessert:
Apple Tatin with cinnamon ice cream
