Alfonso Ocejo Takes Over the Kitchen
We are delighted to introduce Alfonso Ocejo as the new chef at T-elicious Palma. At 25 years old, Alfonso already brings an impressive career from some of Mallorca’s finest kitchens: from Martín Berasategui to Japanese cuisine at Izakaya, to the position of second chef at the vibrant Morralla.
His clear mission: to break the stigma of “golf gastronomy.” Alfonso focuses on high-quality ingredients, precise technique, and flavors worth the visit. The new menu will be compact, but every dish – from the perfectly prepared sandwich to the Seabass “Donostiarra Style” – will be treated with the same care.
The philosophy: For Alfonso, passion and profession are inseparable.
