T Club strengthens its environmental commitment with the use of endotherapy against the pine processionary caterpillar.
In line with our commitment to sustainability and the preservation of the natural environment, T Club has begun a new endotherapy treatment on the pine trees along the course to control the processionary caterpillar. This technique, considered one of the most environmentally friendly and safest available today, allows us to protect the forested area without putting wildlife, users, or the surrounding ecosystem at risk.

An effective and environmentally respectful treatment
Endotherapy consists of injecting a phytosanitary product directly into the tree trunk, thereby preventing any dispersion into the air or soil. The tree naturally distributes the product through its sap to the needles, where it acts only when the caterpillars feed on them.

This system allows us to work with precision and efficiency, but above all with full respect for beneficial and auxiliary fauna such as bees and other pollinators, as well as for pets and the people who visit T Club every day.

How is endotherapy applied?
• Small perforations are made in the trunk to access the vascular system.
• The phytosanitary product is injected using a controlled-pressure device.
• The tree absorbs the treatment and distributes it evenly throughout the canopy.
• The caterpillars ingest the product when feeding on the needles.

Advantages: sustainability, safety and precision
Maximum environmental protection: Endotherapy prevents chemical dispersion into air, water, and soil, preserving biodiversity.
Full safety for users and pets: The treatment remains entirely inside the tree, eliminating exposure risks.
Protection of beneficial fauna: Bees, birds and other essential species remain unharmed.
Proven effectiveness: One of the most effective techniques for controlling the processionary caterpillar.
Flexible application: Can be performed at any time of day; autumn and winter are the most suitable seasons due to the caterpillar’s biological cycle.

We continue to advance in our environmental policy, making sustainability one of the pillars of our management and reaffirming our commitment to a greener, safer, and more respectful Club for all beings who share our environment.
