Namast\u00e9.","content":"<p><strong>Im T Yoga Studio teilt Julia Tamsen ihre Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Vinyasa Yoga mit ihren Sch\u00fclern.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mit der gleichen Leidenschaft, mit der sich viele von Ihnen dem Golfsport verschrieben haben, widmet sich Julia Tamsen dem Thema Yoga.<br \/>\nVor 15 Jahren hat sie begonnen, bei verschiedensten Lehrern unterschiedliche Yogarichtungen zu studieren. Klassisches Hatha Yoga, aber auch Iyengar, Kundalini, Power, Heat und Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Um dann schlie\u00dflich bei dem international unterrichtenden Team von INSPYA YOGA die Ausbildungen zur Vinyasa Yoga Lehrerin zu machen. Vinyasa Flow Yoga ist eine kreative und dynamische Form des Yoga, basierend auf dem klassischen Hatha Yoga. Im Mittelpunkt dieser Yogaform stehen die Asanas, die K\u00f6rperhaltungen. Sie fordern mental sowie k\u00f6rperlich und st\u00e4rken die Konzentration.<\/p>\n<p>Wie effektiv Yoga als ganzheitliche Bewegungsform ist, zeigt allein die Tatsache, dass selbst unsere Fu\u00dfballnationalmannschaft mit dem renommierten Yogalehrer Patrick Broome trainiert. Und auch im Golfsport findet sich diese Kombination zunehmend.<br \/>\nSie werden von einer regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Yogapraxis profitieren. In Ihrem allgemeinen Wohlbefinden wie auch in Ihrem Golfspiel.<\/p>\n<p>Die Yogastunden finden von Dienstag bis Freitag jeweils um 10.00 Uhr im T Yoga Studio im Clubhaus statt. Es gibt Stunden f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger und Fortgeschrittene. Eine Yogastunde dauert 90 Minuten. Matten und andere Hilfsmittel sind vorhanden.<br \/>\nUnd unser Clubrestaurant verw\u00f6hnt Sie im Anschluss mit einem gesunden leichten Yoga Lunch.<br \/>\nDer Erl\u00f6s der Stunden ist eine Spende an den Tierschutz auf
